本片荒诞搞笑大胆的情节设计，为观众呈现了时空穿梭行成的特殊环境，让人笑后有所感eee。雅格布沉迷于研究——情圣卡萨诺瓦，并写好一篇关于卡萨诺瓦的论文，当他将论文交给他钟情的玛莉时，他的头突然被论文击中。当雅格布清醒过来，眼前出现了一位身穿十八世纪贵族服装的男人，他自称就是卡萨诺瓦——多才的作家、放荡不羁的情人。而雅格布是惟一能看得到他的人。两人达成协议：卡萨诺瓦教给雅格布诱惑女人的技巧，而雅格布要改变世人对卡萨诺瓦的“浪子”印象。改善了衣着和授课风格的雅格布受到了孩子们的喜爱，他信心倍增，玛莉也渐渐注意起雅格布。但当玛莉真正进入他的生活的时候，卡萨诺瓦却必须消失了。
